How does Potentia protect its network and data?
Potentia follows software and network security best practices. Our technology platform is built on a Microsoft stack hosted on the Microsoft Azure server cloud.
How will my clients be charged?
You will have complete control over how and when you bill your clients, with payments directly to you.

What can be white labeled?
When you upload your logo to your account page in the portal, your logo will display in the upper left corner of the portal. Your logo will also appear on all outgoing emails from the portal inviting people to complete assessments or to the LMS. The last page of all analysis reports can also be customized with whatever you want (your contact information, your business’s Vision, Mission, and Values, etc.). It’s really up to you. Your logo will also be on all analysis reports completed for your company.
ASSESSMENTS
Is your disc assessment different from other disc assessments on the market?
Yes, five elements in the P6 DISC assessment are exclusive to Potentia and not available anywhere else. Book a call to find out more.
Do I have to use the P6 assessments exclusively?
No, you can mix and match P6 assessments with other assessments that you currently use.
If I'm already knowledgeable about disc, do I need to get certified in Potentia's P6 disc?
An expert consultant must understand the differences between P6 and other DISC assessments. Book a call with an expert to understand the process and establish a custom program tailored to you.
Can I use your assessments right away?
Before you can utilize the Potentia assessments, you will need to become certified for each assessment type that you want to use. We know that your time is valuable. The certification process is designed to provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge for applying each of the assessments in the least amount of time possible
Can I brand the P6 & PRO-DAPTIVE assessments?
Yes, your company’s logo will appear on all client-facing assessment reports.

How long does it take to complete an assessment?
Assessment completion times vary and there are no set time limits. Estimated completion times for each assessment are:
Does my client get a copy of their assessment results?
That is customizable and up to you – whether immediately, at a later date of your choosing, or not at all.
Are there minimum assessment purchase requirements?
No minimums. Use what you need when you need them. At the end of each month, you will receive a Completed assessment report. Those assessments are automatically charged against your credit card or ACH 30 days later.
Does Potentia provide group reports?
Yes. Each assessment type allows you the flexibility to create a Group Composite.

Anyone who wants to use the P6 Assessments and/or PRO-daptive® Assessments.

How is the training certification administered?
We offer a web-based LMS that you can complete on your timetable. Upon completion of the LMS and its quiz, you will then attend a live digital class and complete the final test to ensure that you have a solid understanding of the principles, applications, and methods.
What is the cost of each certification?
You can choose to do a one off certification or a package deal.

Is there a package price for PRO-daptive® Certification?
No, but you can Add PRO-daptive® to any P6 Certification. The cost is $1,200 and you receive $1,425 (suggested retail) in free assessments.

What is the Potentia portal?
A highly efficient platform that can power and organize your consulting practice, as well as ensure that processes are faster, easier, and more efficient.
Is there a cost to have a Potentia portal account?
No. Your easy-to-use Potentia Portal account enables you to efficiently manage your Potentia products and resources for your clients or company.
What is the Portal?
The Portal is home to all your projects, your assessments, your client information, and client progress.
Do I manage projects myself or does Potentia manage my projects?
You, as a certified consultant, will manage your projects.
Will I be alerted when assessments/projects are completed?
That’s up to you and can be different for each project you create!

Will the assessee automatically be able to access their completed analysis report?
You will have the option when you create a project if you want that particular assessee to have immediate access to their analysis report upon completion. You can also designate a future date for them to have access.
Can analysis reports be saved an printed?
Reports can either be opened on the web or downloaded into a pdf format. Reports will also be housed in the portal for you to access at any time.
How will I be billed/invoiced?
As a consultant, you will be invoiced from Potentia net 30 days.
